摘要
随着钻机自动化水平的不断提高,当前钻井过程中钻台面管柱的处理方式和设备已经不能满足钻井作业自动化需求。研制了一种新型下沉式钻台机械手。对钻台机械手的结构、原理、技术特点、技术参数等进行了阐述,并对钻台机械手的伸缩、回转、升降等动作进行了动态特性研究,为执行机构的选型计算提供依据。经油田批量化使用,验证了该设备的功能,使用效果良好。
With the continuous improvement of the automation level of drilling rigs,the current drilling floor pipe string handling methods and equipment in the current drilling process can no longer meet the automation requirements of drilling operations.A new type of lifting drill floor manipulator was developed.The structure,principle,technical characteristics,and application of the lifting drill floor manipulator parameters were described,and the expansion,rotation,lifting,and other dynamic characteristics of the lifting drill floor manipulator were analyzed,the dynamic characteristics were studied to provide the basis for the selection and calculation of the actuator.The function of the product has been verified by batch use in the oil field with reasonable feedbacks.
