ECC与钢筋黏结性能试验研究

摘要 工程水泥基复合材料(Engineered cementitious composite,ECC)是一种新型混凝土材料,具有应变硬化、裂缝控制等特点,将其应用于实际工程中可显著改善结构构件的力学性能。而钢筋与ECC之间的黏结性能是两者结合共同发挥协同作用的基础,因此本文通过中心拉拔试验研究锚固长度、保护层厚度、纤维掺量对钢筋与ECC的影响。试验结果表明,锚固长度的变化对于光圆钢筋和带肋钢筋的黏结性能影响不一致,不同保护层厚度的试件发生了不同的失效模式,极限黏结应力会随着纤维体积掺量的增加有显著提高。 Engineered cementitious composite(ECC)is a new type of concrete material,which has the characteristics of strain hardening and multiple cracks.Its application in engineering practice can significantly improve the mechanical properties of structural members.The bond performance between steel bar and ECC is the basis of their joint work.Therefore,the influence of steel bar diameter,embedment length and cover depth of steel bar and ECC through central pull-out test are studied.The test results show that the change of bond length has different effects on the bonding performance of the two surface forms of steel bar.The specimens with different thickness of protective layer have different failure modes,and the ultimate bond stress will increase significantly with the increase of fiber content.
