腹腔镜手术治疗正中弓状韧带综合征2例报告 被引量：1

摘要 正中弓状韧带(median arcuate ligament,MAL)是连接两侧膈肌纤维脚的纤维韧带,构成主动脉裂孔的前缘。通常MAL位于腹腔干上方,约10%~24%病人该韧带可位于腹腔干前上方,少数情况下压迫动脉或神经可引起腹痛等临床症状。
