基于DANTE软件的船用发动机凸轮轴淬火硬度及变形仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 凸轮轴是船用发动机的核心运动部件,其表面硬度和尺寸精度对柴油机质量和寿命有很大影响。采用热处理模拟软件DANTE,对16NC6渗碳钢凸轮轴的热处理淬火过程进行了建模仿真,研究了淬火后凸轮轴的硬度分布以及淬火后凸轮轴轴向、径向的变形。结果表明,硬度分布和径向变形引起凸轮轴的弯曲,而轴向变形引起伸长。经过生产验证,模拟结果与实际生产相吻合,模拟预测结果可为优化工艺提供参考。 Camshaft is the core moving part of marine engine,and its surface hardness and dimensional accuracy have great influence on diesel engine quality and life.Using heat treatment simulation software DANTE,the heat treatment quenching process of camshaft of 16NC6 carburized steel was simulated.The hardness distribution of axial and radial deformation of the camshaft after quenching were studied.The results indicate that the hardness distribution and radial deformation cause camshaft bending,while axial deformation causes elongation.After production verification,the simulation results are consistent with the actual production,and the simulation and prediction results can provide references for optimizing the process.
