摘要 目的探讨基于任务驱动法的翻转课堂教学模式在护理研究课程中的应用。方法采用整群抽样法选取海南医学院2021级63名护理专升本学生为研究对象,于护理研究课程的两个章节(选题、研究工具的使用)实施基于任务驱动法的翻转课堂教学模式——课前学生在线观看视频,完成教师布置的教学任务,线下采用翻转课堂。统计这两个章节课前小测及教学任务成绩,并于翻转课堂结束后对10位学生进行半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi资料分析法评价学习体验效果。结果这两个章节课前小测的成绩分别为(83.77±18.33)分、(93.85±11.68)分,任务完成情况评分分别为(79.91±5.09)分、(75.02±8.78)分。通过半结构化访谈提炼出3个主题:增强了师生、生生间的沟通交流及团结合作;提升了学生自主学习的能力;培养了学生分析问题解决能力。结论基于任务驱动法的翻转课堂教学模式实现了以学生为主体的教学,通过指导学生完成教学任务的实践活动,促进学生知识内化,提升科研能力,值得今后在教学中进一步推广。 Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom teaching model based on task-driven approach in nursing research.Methods 63 nursing students from grade 2021 in Hainan Medical University were selected by cluster sampling method,the flipped classroom teaching model based on task-driven method was adopted in the two sections including selection of research questions and the use of research tools.Students watched online video and complete teaching task before class,flipped classroom was adopted to promote the internalization of students'knowledge.The scores of pre-class quiz and teaching tasks in these two sections were counted,and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 students who participated in the flipped classroom of nursing research,and the data were collected and analyzed by Colaizzi data analysis method.Results The students'scores of selection of research questions and the use of research tools were(83.77±18.33)and(93.85±11.68)respectively,and the task completion scores were(79.91±5.09)and(75.02±8.78)respectively.Through interviews with 10 students,three themes about flipped classroom based on task-driven teaching model were extracted:enhancing communication and cooperation between teachers and students,enhancing students'independent learning ability and improving students'ability to analyze and solve nursing research problems.Conclusions The flipped classroom teaching mode based on task driven method is a student-centered teaching mode.By guiding students to complete the practical activities of teaching tasks,it can promote the internalization of students'knowledge and improve their scientific research ability,and worthy of better promotion in teaching in the future.
