强化质控管理模式对血站一针穿刺成功率及满意度的影响

Effect of strengthening quality control management mode on success rate and satisfaction of one-needle puncture in blood station

目的探究强化质控管理模式对血站一针穿刺成功率及满意度的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年2月苏州市中心血站献血屋565人作为对照组,2020年3月至2020年5月该献血屋1356人作为观察组。对照组实施常规质控管理,观察组实施强化质控管理模式,比较两组献血者一针穿刺成功率、健康教育覆盖率以及献血者满意度。结果观察组一针穿刺成功率、健康教育覆盖率以及献血者满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论将强化质控管理模式应用于血站采供血工作中,可有效提高一针穿刺成功率、健康教育覆盖率与献血者满意度,具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the impact of the application of the enhanced quality control management model in the blood station on the success rate and satisfaction of one-needle puncture.Methods A total of 565 people in the blood donation house of Suzhou Central Blood Station from December 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the control group,and 1356 people in the blood donation house from March to May 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented routine quality control management,and the observation group implemented a strengthening quality control management model to compare the success rate of one-needle puncture,health education coverage and the satisfaction of blood donor between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-needle puncture,the coverage rate of health education and the satisfaction of blood donor in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The strengthening quality control management model applied in blood stations can effectively improve the success rate of one-needle puncture,health education coverage and the satisfaction of blood donor,which is of great value.
