摘要
现阶段,机械模具制造面临工艺复杂与效率低下等问题,应适当引进新技术,改善工艺流程,从根本上提升制造效率。数控技术在模具制造领域的合理应用,可以有效化解效率低下的难题。数控技术与机械模具制造两者的融合是制造行业未来发展的重要趋势,不仅能够提升加工效率,而且还能够节省人力资源费用等,与企业经营理念相适应,有助于企业实现可持续发展。本文就数控技术在机械模具制造中的应用展开详细论述。
At this stage,mechanical mold manufacturing is facing problems such as complex process and low efficiency.lt is necessary to appropriately introduce new technologies,improve process flow,and fundamentally increase manufacturing efficiency.The reasonable application of numerical control technology in the field of mold manufacturing can effectively resolve the problem of low efficiency.In fact,the integration of CNC technology and mechanical mold manufacturing is an important trend in the future development of the manufacturing industry.lt can not only improve processing efficiency,but also save human resource costs.lt is compatible with the business philosophy and helps companies achieve continuous development.This article mainly discusses the application of numerical control technology in mechanical mold manufacturing in detail.
