飞机制造企业中机械装配工艺的要点分析

Analysis on Key Points of Mechanical Assembly Process in Aircraft Manufacturing Enterprises

伴随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国的航天技术在研发和应用方面取得了十分显著的成效,正在不断缩短着与发达国家之间的差距,在客观上推动了我国飞机制造领域的发展。但是在飞机制造领域发展的过程中,除了取得的成绩外,一些负面问题仍然存在,给我国飞机制造领域的持续性发展带来了很大的阻力,其中,机械装配工艺作为当前飞机制造企业生产经营中的关键性技术,有着十分重要的现实意义。企业和工作人员还需要进一步做好机械装配工艺的分析与整理,对不足和问题进行提炼,制定出针对性的优化措施,促进我国飞机制造领域的持续性健康发展。本文立足问题,提出几点建议,以备后续参考。

With the continuous development of China's social economy,China's aerospace technology has also achieved very remarkable results in R&D and application,and is constantly shortening the gap with developed countries,which objectively promotes the development of China's aircraft manufacturing field.However,in the process of the development of aircraft manufacturing field,in addition to the achievements,some negative problems still exist,which has brought great resistance to the sustainable development of China's aircraft manufacturing field.Among them,mechanical assembly technology,as a key technology in the production and operation of aircraft manufacturing enterprises,has very important practical significance.Enterprises and staff also need to further analyze and sort out the mechanical assembly process,refine the deficiencies and problems,and formulate targeted optimization measures to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's aircraft manufacturing field.Therefore,based on the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions for follow-up reference.
