轨道交通机电安装空调水系统大管径冷冻水管施工技术

摘要 武汉市轨道交通2号线南延线光谷综合体工程为地下三层车站,总面积161672m^(2),地下一层平均层高达10m以上,规模体量大。出于大规模供冷需求,该工程设计有DN350、DN450大管径水管,用于空调冷冻水的供回水,该类大口径水管在国内轨道交通机电安装工程空调水系统中非常罕见。由于大管径冷冻水管的安装区别于普通管道安装,本文将结合现场施工经验针对大管径冷冻水管固有特点,仅对其区别于普通管道安装的施工要点进行探究。 The Guanggu Complex Project of the south extension of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 2 is a three-level underground station with a total area of 161672 M^(2) and an average height of more than 10 meters.For large-scale cooling demand,DN350 and DN450 large-diameter water pipes are designed for supplying and returning chilled water of air-conditioning.These large-diameter water pipes are veiy rare in air-conditioning water systems of domestic rail transit electromechanical installation engineering.Because the installation of large diameter frozen water pipe is different from the installation of ordinary pipe,this paper will com bine the site construction experience with the inherent characteristics of large diameter frozen water pipe,only to explore the construction points which are different from the installation of ordinary pipe.
