摘要
当前,导致煤矿事故的诱因不仅包括环境、设备等客观要素,同时,作业人员的认知心理、个性心理、群体心理与生理状态等方面的变化,也会对煤炭生产的安全造成连带性的影响。针对这种情况,煤炭企业在制定安全防范与应急救援制度的过程中,应深入、全面分析职工心理状态变化诱发事故的层级原因,基于心理学引导层面,通过强化安全教育、优化应急救援队伍配置、合理编制应急方案、完善安全管理方案等举措,全方位的控制事故风险,为煤炭企业的稳定、有序、安全发展提供保障。
At present,the causes of coal mine accidents include not only objective factors such as the environment and equipment,but also changes in the cognitive psychology,personality psychology;group psychology and physiological state of the workers;which will also have a joint effect on the safety of coal production.In view of this situation,in the process of formulating safety prevention and emergency rescue systems’coal enterprises should conduct in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the hierarchical reasons for accidents caused by changes in employees'psychological state,and based on psychological guidance,strengthen safety education and optimize the configuration of emergency rescue teams,rationally prepare emergency plans,improve safety management plans and other measures to comprehensively control accident risks and provide guarantees for the stable,orderly and safe development of coal enterprises.
