课程思政的本质是立德树人,课程思政的理念是协同育人,课程思政的结构是立体多元,包括专业设计、学科融合、教材改革和评价机制创新。对于《芯片级检测与维修》这门实践性强,操作性明显的理实一体化课程,课上课下相结合的评价机制就显得十分重要。因此,本文提出一种新的平时分评价机制,将德育和才育融合一体,通过平时分来带动同学们的互帮互助的积极性,既实现了“做中学,学中做”的课程要求,也实现了“德智体美劳”五育并举统领的课程思政目标。从而将立德树人落实于课堂教学的全过程之上,将道德教育贯彻于课上课下的全方位之内,将工匠精神传播在参与学习的全人员之中。
