摘要
探讨衡量技术创新和制造业转型升级的指标体系,利用1999-2017年时间序列数据,采用于耦合协调度模型,研究技术创新与制造业转型升级两个系统间耦合程度和协调发展的时空演变规律。研究表明:两者之间的耦合程度及协调度均呈上升趋势,我国制造业转型升级过程中两者之间耦合协调度仍有待提升,助力高质量发展。
A innovation judgment system was established from the view of technological innovation,the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The coupling coordination degree model was made to study how the coupling degree and coordination degree between technological innovation and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry change with time from 1999 to 2017.The results shows that:the degree of coupling and coordination between the two systems are on the rise,but China is still facing the problem that the lag in transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.As the relationship between the two systems is still fragile,it is necessary for the government and enterprises to take appropriate measures to make the two systems develop in a coordinated way,so as to promote economic growth.
