The Impact of Government-enterprise Relationship on SME’S Innovation:The Moderating Role of social Responsibility

以CMES调查数据为基础,探讨政企关系与小微企业创新之间关系,进一步检验社会责任的调节作用。结果表明:政企关系促进了小微企业的创新;社会责任的履行显著提高小微企业的技术创新能力,并且企业履行社会责任能够强化政企关系对小微企业创新的正向促进作用。为小微企业创新提出对策建议。

Based on the survey data of CMES,this paper studies the relationship between the government-enterprise relationship and the innovation of small and micro enterprises(SME),and further examines the moderating role of social responsibility.Research indicates that the government-enterprise relationship measured by the main owner's trade association relationship and hospitality has significantly improved the innovation of SME;secondly,the fulfillment of social responsibility can also Significantly improve the technological innovation capabilities of SME,and the fulfillment of social responsibilities by enterprises can strengthen the positive role of government-enterprise relations in promoting SME innovation.This research provides empirical evidence for SME in my country to seek realistic ways to promote innovation during the transitional economic period.
