结合南京高新区管理体制改革实践,分析了高新区高质量发展中强化顶层设计、推进校地融合、坚持创新驱动、加强企业研发、聚力招才引智等方面的路径探索。从主导产业集聚度、园区融合发展效应、企业精准服务力度、园区用地产出效益、体制机制改革等方面探讨其成效。从发挥政策引导、优化园区管理、提升产业环境等方面提出对策建议。

Combined with the general situation of the management system reform of Nanjing high tech Zone,this paper analyzes the path exploration of strengthening top-level design,promoting school land integration,adhering to innovation drive,strengthening enterprise R&D and attracting talents in the high-quality development of Nanjing high tech Zone.This paper discusses its effectiveness from the aspects of leading industry agglomeration,park integrated development effect,enterprise accurate service,park land output benefit,system and mechanism reform,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of giving full play to policy guidance,optimizing park management and improving industrial environment.
