龙芪强肌饮结合常规综合疗法治疗脊髓型颈椎病术后残余症状疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Longqi Qiangji Drink Combined with Conventional Comprehensive Therapy in Treating Postoperative Residual Symptoms of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

目的:观察龙芪强肌饮结合常规综合疗法治疗脊髓型颈椎病术后残余症状的临床疗效。方法:将脊髓型颈椎病术后残余症状患者56例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各28例,对照组予常规综合疗法结合口服甲钴胺片治疗,治疗组予常规综合疗法和煎服龙芪强肌饮,观察治疗前后两组患者美国脊髓损伤神经学分类标准(American spinal injury association,ASIA)感觉功能及运动功能评分,功能独立性测量评定(the functional independent measure,FIM)量表评分和肌容积。结果:两组治疗后ASIA感觉功能、运动功能评分及FIM评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组评分增高更显著;肌容积对照组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后大腿肌容积比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),前臂肌容积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)意义,两组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:龙芪强肌饮结合常规综合疗法对脊髓型颈椎病术后残余症状的改善和脊髓功能的康复疗效优于常规综合疗法结合甲钴胺片。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Longqi Qiangji drink and conventional comprehensive therapy in treating postoperative residual symptoms of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:All 56 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to random number table,with 28 cases in each group,the control group was treated by conventional comprehensive therapy and oral mecobalamin,and the treatment group by conventional comprehensive therapy and Longqi Qiangji drink,to observe the scores of sensory function and motor function of ASIA before and after treating between both groups,the scores of FIM and muscle volume.Results:The scores of sensory function,motor function of ASIA and FIM scores after treating in both groups were higher than these before treating(P<0.05),and the increase of the scores of the treatment group was more notable;the difference had statistical meaning in muscle volume in the control group before and after treating,the difference showed statistical meaning in thigh muscle volume before and after treating in the treatment group(P<0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning in forearm muscle volume(P>0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effects of Longqi Qiangji drink and conventional comprehensive therapy are superior to these of conventional comprehensive therapy and oral mecobalamin on the improvements of postoperative residual symptoms and rehabilitation effects of spinal function.
