摘要
为解决地方医科院校本科教育中普遍存在的重课内教学、轻课外创新实践,学生的创新意识、创新实践能力亟待提高等问题,文章探索在课内理论与实验教学基础上,构建可训练并提高学生的创新思维与创新实践能力、科研基本技能的基础医学创新实践平台,试行双导师制,并摸索大学生创新实践平台运行的有效机制与管理模式。6年多的实践表明,该创新实践平台建设成效明显,大学生创新性思维与创新实践能力得以有效提高。
Common problems identified in undergraduate education in local medical colleges include insufficient attention to extra-curricular innovative practice,lack of innovative consciousness,and inadequate innovative practical ability in students.In order to solve the problems,the authors have established an innovative practice platform of basic medical sciences based on theoretical and experimental teaching in class,aiming to improve students’innovative thinking,innovative practice abilities,and basic scientific research skills.Besides,the authors have also piloted a dual-tutor system,and explored the mechanism and management mode of the operation of the innovative practice platform for college students.The innovative practice platform has been operated for more than 6 years and proved effective,for the innovative thinking and innovative practical ability have been significantly improved in college students.
