本科创新训练对医学硕士新生科研设计基本知识认知的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了解影响医学硕士新生科研能力的因素,课题组通过自行设计问卷,调查在科研基本知识及实验方法了解程度的差异,重点分析了大学生创新训练实际参与程度与科研能力之间的联系。调查发现,本科阶段是否参与过大学生创新训练项目及在项目中担任的角色是影响新生医学科研能力的重要因素。创新性科研训练对医学生实践及科研能力都有重要的促进作用,在本科阶段应鼓励学生积极参加大学生创新训练。但总体而言,医学生对科研基本实验方法的了解程度仍不太理想,大学生创新训练不能替代本科阶段系统性课程学习,大学本科教育中科研思维和科研方法的课程教学有待加强。教师在医学研究生学位课程的设计中应加强医学实验方法课程的开设,在医学科研设计教学中应结合学生对科研设计基本知识的实际情况开展有针对性的教学。 In order to investigate the factors influencing scientific research ability of postgraduate year one medical students, the research team used a self-designed questionnaire to explore the differences in the understanding of basic scientific research knowledge and experimental methods, and analyzed the relationship between their undergraduate participation in innovative training and scientific research capabilities. The results showed that their experience in undergraduate innovation training project and the role they played in the project were the factors influencing their scientific research ability. Since innovative scientific research training plays an important role in promoting the practice and scientific research ability of medical students, the undergraduate students should be encouraged to participate in the innovative training. However, in general, medical students’ understanding of the basic experimental methods of scientific research is insufficient, because systematic learning cannot be replaced by undergraduate innovative training and the teaching of scientific research thinking and scientific research methods in undergraduate education needs to be strengthened. More importance should be attached to the courses of experimental methods in the design of medical postgraduate curriculum, and the teaching of “medical scientific research design” should be adjusted accordingly based on learners’ needs.
