各省、自治区、直辖市农业农村(农牧)厅(局、委),新疆生产建设兵团农业农村局:为贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署,落实中央农村工作会议和全国农业农村厅局长会议精神,充分发挥植保防灾减灾在千方百计稳定粮食生产、坚持不懈推进农业绿色发展等方面的作用,农业农村部组织开展“两增两减”虫口夺粮促丰收行动,增加统防统治、绿色防控覆盖率,减少病虫危害损失、化学农药使用量。
