摘要
以Pd-M(M=Pt,Co,Ni)体系为研究对象,概述了各二元体系相图的研究现状,采用扩散偶技术研究了700℃时Pd-M(M=Pt,Co,Ni)体系各元素的扩散行为及平衡物相。结果表明,700℃时PdPt体系发生了调幅分解反应,生成了富Pd相和富Pt相;Pd-Co扩散偶形成了摩尔分数约Pd_(7.4)Co_(92.6)的合金;Pd-Ni体系只生成了Pd-Ni固溶体。
Pd-M(M=Pt,Co,Ni)three binary systems are studied.Firstly,the research progress of phase diagrams of binary systems are summarized,and then the diffusion behavior and equilibrium phase of each element in the system of Pd-M(M=Pt,Co,Ni)at 700℃are studied by means of diffusion couple.The results show that at 700℃,the Pd-Pt system has the spinodal decomposition reaction,resulting in the formation of Pd-rich and Pt-rich phases.The Pd-Co diffusion couple forms a Pd_(7.4)Co_(92.6) alloy,and only solid solution is formed in Pd-Ni system.
