医生职业认同感与社会支持、医患关系及工作压力的关系分析

Analysis on relationship between professional identity,social support,doctor-patient relationship and working stress among clinicians

目的 了解临床医生的职业认同感及其影响因素,为促进医院管理,提高临床医生职业认同感提供参考。方法 2020年2—5月随机抽取安徽医科大学4所直属附属医院的在职医生,采用问卷调查形式收集职业认同感、社会支持、医患关系及工作压力等相关数据,并对数据进行分析。结果 共调查了251名医生,职业认同感得分为(63.29±6.91)分,处于中等水平,不同年龄、职称、医院等级及工作年限的医生职业认同感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。职业认同与工作压力、医患矛盾维度呈负相关(r=-0.43、-0.43,均P<0.01),与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.42,P<0.01)。临床医生的职称可能是影响其职业认同感的主要影响因素。结论 医生的工作压力、医患关系和社会支持对职业认同的影响不容忽视,缓解临床医生的工作压力,维护良好的医患关系,以及给予更多的社会支持可以提高医生的职业认同感。

Objective To understand the professional identity of clinicians and its influencing factors,and provide reference for promoting hospital management and improving the professional identity of clinicians. Methods From February to May 2020,inservice doctors from 4 affiliated hospitals of Anhui Medical University were randomly selected,and data on professional identity,social support,doctor-patient relationship,and workingstress were collected by questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed.Results A total of 251 clinicians were investigated,and the professional identity score was(63.29±6.91)points,which was at a medium level. The differences in the professional identity scores of clinicians with different ages,professional titles,hospital levels and working years were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Professional identity was negatively correlated with working stress and doctor-patient conflict(r=-0.43,-0.43,both P<0.01),and positively correlated with social support(r=0.42,P<0.01).The professional title of clinicians may be the main factor affecting their professional identity.Conclusion The influence of clinicians’ working stress,doctor-patient relationship and social support on professional identity cannot be ignored. Relieving clinicians ’ working stress,maintaining a good doctor-patient relationship,and giving more social support can improve clinicians’ professional identity.
