合肥农村儿童青少年超重肥胖现状及危险因素分析

Analysis on current status and risk factors of overweight and obesity in rural children and adolescents in Hefei

目的 了解合肥市农村儿童青少年超重肥胖现状及危险因素,为指导农村儿童青少年养成健康生活习惯提供理论依据。方法 2020年9月采用目的抽样方法,抽取合肥市农村地区3所学校的523名学生进行体成分测量和问卷调查,分析超重肥胖现状及相关危险因素。结果 合肥市523名农村儿童青少年基于体脂率测得超重肥胖率为37.28%。不同睡眠时长的农村儿童青少年超重肥胖率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.96,P<0.01),睡眠时间<6 h会增加超重肥胖的风险(OR=2.08,95%CI=1.02~4.25);不同吃零食频率的儿童青少年超重肥胖率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.04,P<0.05),每周吃>4次零食会增加超重肥胖的风险(OR=1.63,95%CI=1.02~2.59)。结论 合肥市农村儿童青少年的超重肥胖问题比较严重,睡眠不足和不良饮食习惯是当地儿童青少年超重肥胖的主要危险因素。

Objective To understand the current status and risk factors of overweight and obesity in rural children and adolescents in Hefei City,provides theoretical basis for guiding rural children and adolescents to develop healthy living habits. Methods By using purpose sampling method,523 students were selected from three schools in rural areas of Hefei City in September 2020.The body composition tests and questionnaire survey were performed to analyze the current status and risk factors of overweight and obesity. Results The incidence of overweight and obesity among 523 rural children and adolescents in Hefei City was 37.28%based on body fat rate. There was statistically significant difference in the rate of overweight and obesity among rural children and adolescents with different sleep duration (χ^(2)=15.96,P<0.01 ),and sleeping<6 hours was associated with an increased risk of overweight and obesity(OR=2.08,95%CI=1.02-4.25). There was statistically significant difference in the rate of overweight and obesity among rural children and adolescents with different frequency of snacking (χ^(2)=15.04,P<0.05),and eating snacks >4 times a week increased the risk of overweight and obesity(OR=1.63,95%CI=1.02-2.59). Conclusion The problem of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents in rural areas of Hefei is serious,and the risk of overweight and obesity is multiplied by lack of sleep and poor eating habits.
