子宫结合带:妇产科疾病发生及诊疗的重要参标 被引量:5

摘要 子宫结合带(junction zone,JZ)又称子宫内膜肌层交界区(endometrial-myometrial interface,EMI),由基底层内膜和内1/3肌层构成,在MRI的T2加权图像上呈现不规则走行的低信号条带,是近年来随着影像学技术发展而引发关注的特殊解剖学区域。正常JZ对调控子宫内膜生长、分化及生理性宫缩等具有重要意义,其组织结构破坏和功能紊乱可参与众多子宫病变的发生过程,并介导生殖障碍和病理产科结局。本文拟通过对JZ的结构功能特性及影像学表现等进行综述,深入探讨JZ的病理生理特征变化及其与相关妇产科疾病的关联,以期为疾病诊疗及预后评估提供更有价值的参考。
