摘要
本文通过对退火工艺进行分析,设计开发了一套罩式炉网络过程控制系统,分别构建了系统的软件结构和网络结构,探究了过程控制系统的退火工艺自动优化、物料跟踪、数据收集等关键技术与功能,实现了节能降耗与高效生产的有效结合。
This article through to the annealing process is analyzed,designed and developed a set of bell type furnace process control system,build the software of the system structure and network structure,explores the process of automatic control system of annealing process optimization,material tracking,data collection and the key technologies such as function,realize the effective combination of energy saving and efficient production.
