摘要
针对海洋石油162平台桩腿齿条处于人工抹油润滑的现状展开自动润滑装置设计研究。通过确认润滑点数量,计算出每条桩腿的润滑脂消耗量,合理选择润滑方式和重要零部件,最终确认润滑设计方案。自动润滑系统的设计研究提高了设备自动化水平和齿条使用寿命。
The design and research of automatic lubrication device is carried out in view of the current situation of artificial lubrication of legs and racks of HYSY 162,By confirming the number of lubrication points,the grease consumption of each pile leg was calculated,the lubrication method and important parts were reasonably selected,and the lubrication design scheme was confirmed. Through the design and research of automatic lubrication system,the automation level of equipment and the service life of rack have been improved.
