摘要
多功能平台是一种大型海洋石油生产装备,其上部区域可布置多种用途的功能模块用于不同作业场景需求。由于多功能平台空间设计紧凑且在进行作业场景切换时往往需要依靠外部船舶资源来实现功能模块的变装和替换,各类功能模块的布置设计就显得尤为重要。一般来说,多功能平台的模块布置需要考虑多种因素,包括重量、接口、技术需求和空间利用率等。针对几种常见的作业场景,综合考量了功能模块的技术需求和空间利用率,在满足安全要求的前提下,提出了适用于不同作业场景的4类功能模块的布置方案,并对修井模块的布置进行了组块拆分优化,使其仅依靠平台自身吊机就可实现海上自我变装。
Multi-functional platform is a kind of large offshore oil production equipment,and multi-purpose functional modules can be arranged in its upper area for different operation scenarios. Due to the compact space design of multifunctional platform and the need to rely on external ship resources to realize the reconfiguration and replacement of functional modules when switching operation scenarios,the layout design of various functional modules is particularly important. Generally speaking,the module layout of multi-functional platform needs to consider a variety of factors,including weight,interface,technical requirements and space utilization. For several common operation scenarios,the technical requirements and space utilization of functional modules are comprehensively considered. On the premise of meeting the safety requirements,the layout schemes of four types of functional modules suitable for different operation scenarios are proposed,and the layout of workover module is optimized by block splitting,so that the workover module can realize self reconfiguration only by its own crane.
