海上油田浮式储油装置原油外输提效作业探究 被引量:1

摘要 随着渤海某油田原油产量大幅攀升,处理后原油通过提油轮靠泊外输运送频率也相应增加,需降低外输频率保障有序生产,同时避免因未能及时外输造成油田限产或关停的风险。拟采用现有外输配套资源增加每船次原油输送量方法降低外输作业频率,从而缓解油田船舶资源、原油输送作业人员紧张局面,并节省船舶用油、规避不能及时外输造成限产或关停的风险等。经研究该油田浮式储油装置及外输配套资源可以满足增加每船次外输量的需求,并将该研究成果进行了现场实际应用,有效实现了降低外输频率及降本增效的目的,可为类似油田作业提供借鉴。 As the crude oil output of an oilfield in the Bohai Sea rises sharply, the frequency of offloading in tandem the treated crude oil by shuttle tanker also increases accordingly. It is necessary to reduce the offloading frequency to ensure orderly production and avoid the risk of oilfield production restriction or shutdown due to failure to offloading in time. It is proposed to use the existing offloading supporting resources to increase the crude oil offloading volume of each ship to reduce the frequency of offloading operation, so as to alleviate the tension of oilfield ship resources and crude oil offloading operators, save ship oil, and avoid the risk of production restriction or shutdown caused by failure to offloading in time. After research, the FPSO and offloading supporting resources of the oilfield can meet the demand of increasing the offloading volume of each ship, and the research results have been applied in the field, which effectively realizes the purposes of reducing the offloading frequency, reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency, and can provide reference for similar oilfield operations.
