海洋石油161平台液位遥测系统错误信号及关断故障的处理

摘要 针对海洋石油161平台油舱超声波液位遥测传感器信号有时出现错误信号而导致DCS异常关断进行了一系列技术改造。通过对多年的使用过程记录进行系统研究,并将导波雷达变送器改造为主用液位变送器,同时增加了判断液位是否进行跳变的程序和液位跳变后进行延时输出关断信号的程序,最终有效避免了错误信号下DCS系统关断的发生。 A series of modifications have been made to the signal of ultrasonic liquid level telemetry sensor in oil tank of HYSY 161 platform,which sometimes gives rise to incorrect signal and causes abnormal shutdown of DCS. Systematic research was carried out through many years of use process records. After research and modification,the guided wave radar transmitter was changed to the main level transmitter,and a procedure for judging whether the level has jumped was added to the program,and a procedure for delaying the output of the cut-off signal after the level jumping was added. The occurrence of DCS system shutdown caused by incorrect signal has been effectively avoided.
