摘要
生产设备自动化程度的提高,大量电力电子技术,如变频、整流设备及直流设备等运用于生产过程中,此类设备会产生大量的谐波电流,造成变压器、电缆温度升高,进而干扰精密设备及仪器的正常工作,甚至会造成安全事故。为解决电网无功功率过补偿问题,将有源滤波系统应用于生产设备自动化程度很高的海洋石油161平台来解决平台电网的无功功率补偿与谐波电流冲击问题,提高电能质量,从而提升电气设备和精密设备的可靠性,降低设备的故障率。
Because of the high automation of the production equipment,a large number of power and electronic technologies are used,such as frequency conversion,rectification equipment and direct current equipment. Such equipment will produce a large number of harmonic currents,cause the temperature rise of transformer and cable, interfere with the normal operation of precision equipment and instruments,even cause the safety accidents. In order to solve the problem of reactive power over-compensation of power grid, the active power filter system is applied to the HYSY 161 platform with high automation of production equipment to solve the problems of reactive power compensation and harmonic current impact in the platform power grid and improve the power quality,so as to enhance the reliability of electrical equipment and precision equipment and reduce equipment failure rate.
