海上LNG软管输送与转接驳装置控制系统设计

摘要 面对恶劣海况条件,常规海上LNG(液化天然气)软管输送与转接驳装置已无法满足装卸作业条件的技术要求,为满足海上LNG软管输送与转接驳装置能在不同船舶、不同海况下安全可靠输送控制的需求,设计了一种基于冗余PLC控制、船舶位置检测装置、液压驱动的主动紧急脱离控制系统。试验表明该系统能较好地满足相关设计要求,具有很好的适用性。 In view of the severe sea conditions,the conventional offshore LNG hose transportation and transfer device can no longer meet the technical requirements of the loading and unloading operation conditions. In order to meet the safe and reliable transportation control requirements of the offshore LNG hose transportation and transfer device under different ships and different sea conditions,an active emergency release control system based on redundant PLC control,ship position detection device and hydraulic drive is designed. Experimental tests show that the system can better meet the relevant design requirements and has good applicability.
