摘要
目的 分析非阻塞性冠状动脉疾病患者冠状动脉微血管功能障碍(CMD)的影响因素。方法 根据左心室整体冠状动脉血流储备(LV-CFR)界值,经冠状动脉造影证实不存在任何冠状动脉直径狭窄≥50%病变的408例患者分为CMD组(LV-CFR<2,139例)和对照组(LV-CFR≥2,269例)。分析CMD发生以及LV-CFR的影响因素。结果 男性和女性患者CMD发病率相仿(32.5%vs.35.0%)(P>0.05)。CMD组BMI和LDL-C较对照组升高(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,相对于男性患者,女性CMD发生风险并未增加(P>0.05),而高LDL-C和高BMI是CMD发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,LV-CFR与LDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05),而与性别没有明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 性别对CMD的发生和LV-CFR无明显影响。
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMD) in the patients with non-obstructive coronary artery disease.Methods According to the cut-off value of left ventricle-coronary flow reserve(LV-CFR),408 patients without coronary artery stenosis ≥50% confirmed by coronary angiography were divided into two groups of A(LV-CFR<2,139 cases) and B(LV-CFR≥2,269 cases).The factors influencing the incidence of CMD and LV-CFR were analyzed.Results The incidences of CMD in male and female patients were similar(32.5% vs. 35.0%)(P>0.05).The BMI and LDL-C in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with males, the risk for CMD was not increased in the females(P>0.05),while the higher LDL-C and BMI were the independent risk factors for CMD(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that LV-CFR was negatively correlated with LDL-C(P<0.05),while LV-CFR had no correlation with gender(P>0.05).Conclusion The gender has no effect on the incidence of CMD and LV-CFR.
