摘要
机器人胃癌手术是胃癌微创外科发展的重要趋势,近年来机器人胃癌手术取得快速发展。中国研究型医院学会机器人与腹腔镜外科专业委员会、中国抗癌协会胃癌专业委员会组织我国胃癌微创外科专家,针对机器人胃癌手术应用现状、手术适应证、手术方法及围手术期管理等多方面,在《机器人胃癌手术专家共识(2015版)》基础上进行修订,形成《机器人胃癌手术中国专家共识(2021版)》,以期为进一步促进我国机器人胃癌手术的开展提供指导与参考。
Robotic surgery for gastric cancer is an important development in the minimally invasive surgery of gastric cancer.In recent years,robotic surgery for gastric cancer has developed rapidly.The Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery Committee of Chinese Research Hospital Association and Chinese Gastric Cancer Association organize experts of minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer to revise the Expert consensus on robotic surgery in gastric cancer(2015 edition)in terms of development current situation,surgical indication,surgical procedure and perioperative manage-ment,and formulate the Chinese expert consensus on robotic surgery for gastric cancer(2021 edition),in order to provide guidance and reference for further development of robotic surgery for gastric cancer in China.
