摘要
GB/T11968-2020《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》新国标于2021年8月1日正式实施,新标准相对GB/T 11968-2006老标准,在产品等级、分类、技术要求、抽样批量等处均做了调整。利用贵州省生产企业的蒸压加气混凝土砌块产品在新标准实施前后的检测数据,重点对标准技术要求中抗压强度、干密度两个项目的检测数据进行了合格率的对比、分析,结合分析结论从生产控制、人员培训等方面对企业如何适应新标准的实施提出了建议。
Using the test data of the autoclaved aerated concrete block products of the manufacturers in Guizhou Province before and after the implementation of the new standard,the test data of the two items of compressive strength and dry density in the standard technical requirements are compared and analyzed.Combined with the analysis conclusions,it puts forward suggestions on how to adapt to the implementation of the new standard from the aspects of production control and personnel training.
