摘要
目的探讨针刺运动疗法、温针灸结合康复治疗改善中风后患侧上肢肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后上肢肌痉挛的患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组。对照组以常规针刺和康复治疗;治疗组给予温针灸、针刺运动疗法和康复治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后患侧上肢肌痉挛程度改善情况,比较两组患者治疗前后MAS、FMMS、ADL评分。结果经治疗,治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者患侧上肢痉挛程度、MAS、FMMS、ADL量表评分较治疗前均有改善,且治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺运动疗法、温针灸结合康复治疗能有效降低中风患者患侧上肢肌张力,改善肢体运动功能,促进日常生活能力的恢复。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture exercise therapy,warm acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy in improving upper limb muscle spasm after stroke.Methods 60 patients with upper limb muscle spasm after stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture and rehabilitation;The treatment group was given warm acupuncture,acupuncture exercise therapy and rehabilitation treatment.The improvement of spasm degree of upper limb muscle on the affected side was observed before and after treatment,and the scores of MAS,FMMS and ADL were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 80%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the degree of upper limb spasm,MAS,FMMS and ADL scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture exercise therapy and warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively reduce the muscle tension of the upper limb of stroke patients,improve limb motor function and promote the recovery of daily living ability.
