巨菌草饲粮对七彩山鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化能力和肠道菌群的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Pennisetum giganteum Diet on Growth Performance,Serum,Antioxidant Capacity and Intestinal Flora of Phasianus colchicus

摘要 试验旨在研究巨菌草饲粮对七彩山鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化性能和肠道有害菌群数量影响。选取2周龄(初始体重104.59±3.82)g的七彩山鸡300只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只,试验期112 d。对照组为Ⅰ组,饲喂不添加巨菌草的基础饲粮,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组为试验组,分别在基础饲粮上添加4%、8%、12%和16%的巨菌草。结果表明,与对照组相比:(1)在饲粮中添加12%的巨菌草显著提高七彩山鸡的平均日增重和平均日采食量;(2)在饲粮中添加4%~16%的巨菌草饲粮可降低七彩山鸡盲肠中有害菌群的数量;(3)在饲粮中添加4%~12%的巨菌草可提高七彩山鸡血清的抗氧化能力。由此可见,在七彩山鸡的饲粮中添加4%~12%的巨菌草可在一定程度上改善七彩山鸡生长性能和血清抗氧化能力,有效平衡肠道菌群。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Pennisetum giganteum diet on the growth performance, serum antioxidant properties and the number of harmful intestinal flora in Phasianus colchicus. A total of 300 P. colchicus at 2 weeks of age(initial body weight 104.59±3.82 g) were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group, 10 in each replicate, and the experimental period was 112 days. The control group was group Ⅰ, fed with the basal diet without P. giganteum, and groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, and Ⅴ were the experimental groups, which were supplemented with 4%, 8%, 12%, and 16% P. giganteum in the basal diet, respectively. The results showed that compared with the control group: 1) adding 12% of P. giganteum to the diet significantly increased the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of P. colchicus;2) adding 4%~16% of P. giganteum to the diet Grass-fed diets can reduce the number of harmful bacteria in the cecum of P. colchicus;3) Adding 4%~12% of P. giganteum to the diet can improve the antioxidant capacity of serums of P. colchicus. It can be seen that adding 4% to 12% of P. giganteum to the diet of P. colchicus can improve the growth performance and serum antioxidant capacity of P. colchicus to a certain extent, and effectively balance the intestinal flora.
