摘要
为实现可持续发展目标、维护澳大利亚的国家利益,澳大利亚积极开展对外职业教育援助。澳大利亚对外职业教育援助的主要路径包括:参与受援国职业教育政策制定和咨询,帮助受援国加强职业教育能力建设,协助受援国优化就业环境,促进受援国公民赴澳学习。澳大利亚对外职业教育援助呈现出四大特征:尊重受援国的主体性,关注弱势群体,加强国际协调与合作和注重援助绩效。
Australia provides vocational education assistance to serve the Sustainable Development Goals and the country’s national interests.The main paths of Australia’s vocational education assistance include:participating in the formulation and consultation of the vocational education policy of recipient countries,helping recipient countries to strengthen the vocational education capacity building,assisting recipient countries to optimize the employment environment,and promoting the citizens of recipient countries to study in Australia.The distinct features in Australia’s vocational education assistance includes respecting the subjectivity of recipient countries,targeting disadvantaged groups,strengthening international coordination and cooperation,and emphasizing the performance of assistance.
