基于手机定位的智慧商圈选址研究

摘要 基于手机定位和大数据计算平台,通过数据的收集、整理、分析、挖掘等大数据技术,对城市商圈美食、住宿、旅游景点、停车场、加油站、商超等衣食住行配套设施覆盖情况、商圈内密度、消费购买力、地价发展潜力进行综合分析。城市规划设计行业在大数据时代背景下迅速发展,手机定位数据支撑城市规划焦点问题量化分析是当前重要的发展方向。结合手机定位数据在城市规划中的应用案例,分析大数据时代国内外手机定位数据在城市商圈的规划、城市的空间结构、城市的人流量分布等方面的运用,探索手机定位数据,为建立更合理的城市商圈提供指导意义。 Based on mobile phone positioning and big data computing platform, through big data technologies such as data collection, sorting, analysis and mining, we can comprehensively analyze the coverage of food, accommodation,tourist attractions, parking lots, gas stations, supermarkets and other clothing, food, housing and transportation supporting facilities in the urban business district, density in the business district, consumption purchasing power and land price development potential. The urban planning and design industry is developing rapidly in the era of big data.Quantitative analysis of urban planning focus issues supported by mobile positioning data is an important development direction at present. Combined with the application cases of mobile positioning data in urban planning, this paper analyzes the application of mobile positioning data at home and abroad in the planning of urban business district, urban spatial structure and urban traffic distribution in the era of big data, and explores the guiding significance of mobile positioning data for establishing a more reasonable urban business district.
