PLC编程过程中触点竞争问题的解决策略研究

摘要 PLC编程以为电子计算机为核心的自控装置,具备接线少、运行安全、编程简单、便于维护的特点,其工作方式为循环描述,每个扫描周期需经过采样信息、执行程序与结果输出,三段式工作模式可能会造成系统触点竞争,影响系统运行。基于此,文章以触点竞争概述为切入点,结合PLC编程触点竞争问题,提出解决措施,从而为相关工作者提供参考。 PLC programming the automatic control device with the electronic computer as the core, with less wiring,safe operation, simple programming and easy maintenance. Its working mode is circular description. Each scanning cycle should be output through sampling information, execution program and the results. The three-section working mode may cause system contact competition and affect the system operation. Based on this, the article takes the overview of contact competition as the entry point, combined with the solution of PLC programming contact competition problems, so as to provide reference for the relevant workers.
