浒苔多糖及浒苔多糖铁对水稻育苗生长的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Enteromorpha prolifera Polysaccharide and Enteromorpha prolifera Polysaccharide Iron on Rice Seedling Growth

摘要 通过水稻育苗试验,对比分析了浒苔多糖(EP)和浒苔多糖铁(EPI)对水稻育苗生长的影响。结果表明:水稻的氮含量、叶绿素及可溶性糖含量,相对于空白组,浒苔多糖处理组分别提高了42.2%、45.9%、2.7%,浒苔多糖铁处理组分别提高了48.2%、52.8%、4.3%,而浒苔多糖铁处理组相对于浒苔多糖处理组提高了4.2%、4.7%、1.6%;浒苔多糖和浒苔多糖铁可显著提高水稻的生长势,根长、株高、干重等指标显著增加,相对于空白组,浒苔多糖处理组分别提高了9.2%、25.4%、27.1%,浒苔多糖铁处理组分别提高了48.0%、49.6%、39.8%,而浒苔多糖铁处理组相对于浒苔多糖处理组分别提高了35.5%、19.3%、10.0%。因此,浒苔多糖和浒苔多糖铁可促进水稻体内氮元素的积累,促进叶绿素的合成,提高光合作用,增加可溶性糖的含量,从而提高水稻的生长势,其中浒苔多糖铁对水稻的促生长作用更为显著,可为浒苔在农业中的高值化开发提供研究方向。 The effects of Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide(EP) and Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide iron(EPI) on the growth of rice seedlings were compared and analyzed by seedling raising test. The results showed that compared with the blank group, the nitrogen content, chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content of rice in Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide treatment group increased by 42.2%, 45.9% and 2.7%, while those in Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide iron treatment group increased by 48.2%, 52.8% and 4.3%. Compared with Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide treatment group, Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide iron treatment group increased by 4.2%, 4.7% and 1.6%. Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide and Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide iron could significantly improve the growth potential of rice, and the indexes such as root length, plant height and dry weight increased significantly. Compared with the blank group, Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide treatment group increased by 9.2%, 25.4% and 27.1%, Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide iron treatment group increased by 48.0%,49.6% and 39.8% respectively. Compared with Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide treatment group, Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide iron treatment group increased by 35.5%, 19.3% and 10.0%. Therefore, Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide and Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide iron could promote the accumulation of nitrogen in rice, promote the synthesis of chlorophyll, improve photosynthesis and increase the content of soluble sugar, so as to improve the growth potential of rice. Among them, Enteromorpha prolifera polysaccharide iron has a more significant effect on the growth of rice, which could provide a research direction for the high-value development of Enteromorpha prolifera in agriculture.
