摘要
本研究于油菜生长不同时期施用等量有机-无机复混腐殖酸硒肥,分析油菜植株各部位硒含量及富硒能力的分布特征,以期为富硒油菜专用肥的研究及低硒地区规模化生产富硒油菜提供可行性参考。结果表明:施用外源腐殖酸硒肥有利于油菜植株各部位硒含量的增加,且以始花期施肥效果最佳;富硒能力表现为总硒含量果实>根≈叶>果皮≈茎,有机硒含量果实>叶≈果皮>根≈茎。
In this study, the same amount of organic-inorganic compound humic acid selenium fertilizer was applied at different growth stages of rape, and the distribution characteristics of selenium content and selenium enrichment ability in various parts of rape plant were analyzed, in order to provide feasible reference for the research of special fertilizer for selenium enriched rape and the large-scale production of selenium enriched rape in low selenium areas. The results showed that the application of exogenous humic acid selenium fertilizer was beneficial to the increase of selenium content in all parts of rape plant, and the effect of fertilization at the beginning of flowering was the best;the selenium enrichment ability showed as follows: the total selenium content was fruit >root ≈leaf >peel ≈stem, and the organic selenium content was fruit>leaf≈peel>root≈stem.
