一株牛源肺炎克雷伯氏菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验 被引量:4

摘要 为了明确哈密某牛场犊牛死亡的病因,对菌株进行了分离纯化、革兰氏染色镜检、16S rDNA测序鉴定、小鼠致病性试验、药敏试验检测。结果表明,该分离菌为肺炎克雷伯氏菌,对小鼠致病性强。该分离菌株对硫酸阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星敏感;对阿奇霉素、头孢曲松钠、替米考星注射液和乳酸环丙沙星中度敏感;对氟苯尼考、头孢拉定、盐酸林可霉素、克林霉素、硫酸庆大霉素耐药。 In order to clarify the death cause of calves in a cattle farm in Hami, the strain was isolated and purified,examined by Gram staining microscopy, 16S rDNA sequencing test, mouse pathogenicity test, and drug susceptibility test.The results showed that the isolate was Klebsiella pneumoniae, which was highly pathogenic to mice. The bacterial was sensitive to amikacin sulfate and levofloxacin, it was moderately sensitive to azithromycin, ceftriaxone sodium, tilmicosin injection and ciprofloxacin lactate, it was resistant to florfenicol, cefradine, lincomycin hydrochloride, clindamycin and gentamicin sulfate.
