摘要 本文测定了茄子不同部位镉含量,采用单因子污染指数法分析了茄子中镉污染情况。结果表明:40个茄子样品中,镉的检出率为100%,超标率为12.5%,茄子蒂、皮、肉、籽中镉含量平均值分别为0.019 90、0.009 10、0.010 32、0.013 11 mg/kg;从重金属污染程度来看,深圳市茄子不同可食部位中镉单因子污染指数均小于1,说明没有受到污染,在安全级范围内。 In this paper, the cadmium contents in different parts of eggplant were determined, and the single-factor pollution index method was used to analyze the cadmium pollution in eggplant. The results showed that among the40 eggplant samples, the detection rate of cadmium was 100%, and the excess rate was 12.5%. The average cadmium contents in eggplant stem, peel, flesh and seed were 0.019 90, 0.009 10, 0.010 32 and 0.013 11 mg/kg, respectively. From the perspective of heavy metal pollution, the single-factor pollution index of cadmium in different edible parts of eggplant in Shenzhen City was less than 1, indicating that it was not polluted and was within the safe range.
