摘要
为更好地运用现代机械制造技术与加工工艺,促进机械制造业的发展,分析了现代机械制造技术与加工工艺的应用实践,包括在快速加工成型环节中的应用、精密加工与特种加工环节中的应用、焊接环节中的应用、微细加工环节中的应用。提出了现代机械制造技术与加工工艺的应用策略:实现技术统一,注重技术运用的环保性,严格选取材料,应用智能化加工技术。未来,我国现代机械制造技术与加工工艺将朝着智能化、自动化方向发展。应进一步提高零件制造加工效率和精密度,提高资源利用率,为企业的可持续发展奠定良好的基础。
In order to better apply modern machinery manufacturing and processing technology,and promote the development of machinery manufacturing,the study analyzes the practice of the application of modern machinery manufacturing technology and processing technology,including its application in rapid processing forming,precision machining and special processing,welding,and micro machining links.Application strategies of modern machine manufacturing and processing technology are proposed,i.e.to unify technology,focus on the environmental protection property of technology application,select materials strictly,and apply intelligent processing technology.In the future,modern machinery manufacturing technology and processing technology in China develops towards intelligent and automation orientation.It is suggested to further improve the efficiency and accuracy of component manufacturing and processing,and improve resource utilization,to lay good foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
