胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的影像学表现与临床病理分析

Imaging Features and Clinicopathological Analysis of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

分析胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的影像学表现与病理情况。选取45例胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者,引入CT扫描与动态扫描方式,进行临床诊断。39例胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者进行CT扫描检测,准确率为86.7%,直径范围为1~10 cm,肿瘤边缘清楚,肿块呈低密度,门静脉邻近区域呈现环形情况,而病理分型检测结果则很难界定。为了提高胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的诊断正确率,可以合理应用影像学检查方法,分析其临床特征。

The study analyzes the imaging manifestations and pathologic condition of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor.45 patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor are selected,and CT scan and dynamic scan are introduced to do clinical diagnosis.39 patients receive CT scanning.The accurate rate is 86.7%,the diameter scope is 1~10 cm,the margin of the tumor is clear,lump is under low density,adjacent area of portal appears annular,but the results of pathological type test is difficult to be defined.In order to improve the diagnosis accuracy of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors,it is suggested to rationally apply imageological examination,and analyze its clinical characteristics.
