摘要 为应对经济全球化发展和气候变化,发展低碳节能电力工程技术,推动电力低碳技术转型,实现电力行业的可持续发展,指出了低碳电力技术及碳交易机制的影响,分析了低碳发电技术特性及低碳电力系统规划,提出了低碳电力系统的优化策略:优化启停发电机组,优化调度发电机组模式,优化含碳捕集电厂。展望了低碳电力系统规划,需要在规划、措施、行动、监管等方面进一步协调,不断优化低碳电力系统,促进能源可持续发展。 In order to cope with economic globalization and climate change,develop low-carbon and energy-saving electric power project technology,promote electric power low-carbon technology transformation,and achieve the sustainable development of power industry,the study points out the influence of low carbon electric power technology and carbon exchange mechanism,analyzes the characteristics of low carbon power technology and the planning of low carbon system,and proposes the optimization strategies for low carbon power system.It is suggested to optimize the start and stop of generator set,optimize and dispatch generator set model,and optimize carbon capture power plant.Then the study prospects the planning of low carbon power system.It is necessary to further coordinate in planning,measurements,action and supervision,etc,continuously optimize low carbon power system,and promote the sustainable energy development.
