摘要
近年来围绕虚假广告罪的犯罪圈问题、立案追诉标准适用问题、发挥社会治理作用问题,理论和实践形成了不同的观点和认识,应结合经济社会形势进一步解析上述热点难点问题,以消除理论分歧,厘清工作思路。
In recent years,theories and practices have formed different positions and viewpoints on the criminal circle,the application of prosecution standards,and the role of social governance of false advertisements.These hot and difficult issues should be further analyzed in light of the economic and social situation,so as to eliminate the theoretical differences and clarify the working ideas.
