The 100-year Course and Basic Experience of the Main Body of AgriculturalManagementunder the Leadership of Chinese Communist Party

中国共产党成立百年以来,对我国农业经营主体不断进行创新,总体而言,大致经历了四个历史发展阶段:即新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代。中国共产党在领导我国农业经营主体进行创新的历史进程中,积累了宝贵的历史经验,主要包括:一是发展农业经营主体必须坚持党的领导;二是发展农业经营主体必须依靠群众;三是发展农业经营主体必须坚持改革创新;四是发展农业经营主体必须加强和完善立法。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China 100 years ago,the main body of China’s agricultural management has been constantly innovating.In general,it has experienced four historical periods of development:the period of the new-democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolutionand construction,the new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction,the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The CPC has accumulated valuable historical experience in the historical process of leading the main body of agricultural management to carry out innovation in China,which mainly includes:firstly,developing the main body of agricultural management must adhere to the leadership of the CPC.Secondly,developing the main body of agricultural management must rely on the masses.Thirdly,developing the main body of agricultural management must adhere to reform and innovation.Fourthly,developing the main body of agricultural management must strengthen and improve legislation.
