医疗机构高值医用耗材集采与管理探讨

Discussion on Centralized Procurement and Management of High-value Medical Consumables in Medical Institutions

国家组织集中带量采购实现了高值医用耗材价格回归合理水平,切实减轻了患者负担,降低了企业交易成本,净化了流通环境。集中带量采购对医疗机构的耗材采购管理也提出了新的要求。管理部门能否在新环境下适应新的工作内容、合理制定新的耗材管理流程,会影响医疗机构从临床到运营的各个方面。本研究通过政策解读,解析带量采购对医疗机构的影响,同时结合本院管理工作的调整,探讨集采背景下医疗机构对高值医用耗材的管理调整,并总结成效。

The centralized volume-based procurement organized by the country achieved the return of the price of high-value medical consumables to a reasonable level,effectively reduced the burden on patients,reduced the transaction cost of enterprises,and purified the circulation environment.The centralized volume-based procurement also puts forward new requirements for the procurement management of consumables in medical institutions.Whether the management department can adapt to the new work content and reasonably formulate the new consumables management process in the new environment will affect all aspects of medical institutions from clinical treatment to operation.Through policy interpretation,this study analyzed the impact of volumebased procurement on medical institutions.At the same time,combined with the adjustment of the hospital's management work,it discussed the management adjustment of high-value medical consumables by medical institutions under the background of centralized procurement,and summarized the results.
