新冠疫情对儿科门急诊的影响及对策研究

Study on Impact of COVID-19 Epidemic on Pediatric Outpatient and Emergency Department and Its Countermeasures

随着疫情防控工作常态化,患者就医行为发生变化,儿科门急诊接诊患儿总量明显下降,在局部地区甚至影响到学科发展。本文以杭州市儿童医院2019年、2020年门急诊儿童主要就诊疾病为研究对象,按ICD-10三位数类目码对就医病种进行分析。研究数据显示,随着疫情防控和民众健康行为改变,医院门急诊量有所下降。疫情期间,医院通过互联网拓展服务能力,开展儿童健康教育,优化了儿科门急诊患者就医病种结构,有效提升了儿科专业水平,逐步完成从“看天吃饭”向依靠专科实力、依靠服务的转型,为人民群众提供更全面、优质的儿童医疗保健服务。

With the normalization of epidemic prevention and control the behavior of patients in seeking medical treatment has changed,and the total number of children admitted to the pediatric outpatient and emergency department has dropped significantly,which has even affected the development of this discipline in some areas.This article takes the main diseases in outpatient and emergency department in Hangzhou Children's Hospital in 2019 and 2020 as the research objects,and analyzes the types of medical diseases according to the ICD-10 three-digit category code.Research data showed that the number of outpatient and emergency treatments in hospitals declined with the prevention and control of the epidemic and changes in people's health behaviors.During the epidemic,the hospital expanded its service capabilities through the Internet,carried out children health education,optimized the structure of pediatric outpatient and emergency patients,effectively improved the professional level of pediatrics,and gradually completed the transformation from"depending on the god for food"to relying on the strength of specialists and services.Based on the transformation,the hospital can provide more comprehensive and highquality health care services for children.
