基于Logistic回归分析的妇幼保健感染风险模型构建

摘要 目的基于Logistic回归分析妇幼保健院感染危险因素并建立风险模型。方法回顾性研究我院2017年1月~2021年1月收治的600例住院患儿临床资料,根据是否发生院感分为对照组(n=400)和观察组(n=200);对两组患儿相关因素进行单因素以及多因素Logistic回归分析,对2021年2月至2021年6月间收治的925例住院患儿进行模型验证。结果患儿发生医院感染的独立危险因素为:小于胎龄、长期使用抗菌药物、使用呼吸机等。进行模型评估后医院感染发生率为0.54%(5/925),显著低于使用风险评估表之前的1.02%(24/2357)(χ^(2)=57.335,p<0.001)。结论建立医院感染风险模型同时做出对应干预能够有效降低院感发生率。 Objective To analyze the risk factors of infection in maternal and child health care hospitals based on Logistic regression and build a risk model.Methods The clinical data of 600 inpatient children admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were retrospectively studied.According to whether there was nosocomial infection,they were divided into control group(n=400)and observation group(n=200).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on the related factors of the two groups of children.The model was validated on 925 hospitalized children admitted from February 2021 to June 2021.Results The independent risk factors of nosocomial infection in child patients included:small for gestational age,long-term use of antibiotics,use of ventilator and so on.After the evaluation by the model,the incidence of hospital infection was 0.54%(5/925),which was significantly lower than the hospital infection rate of 1.02%(24/2357)before the use of the risk assessment table(χ^(2)=57.335,p<0.001).Conclusion Building a nosocomial infection risk model and making corresponding interventions can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
