摘要
肿瘤多学科诊疗是医院“以患者为中心”的重要体现。以浙江省肿瘤医院为例,梳理分析肿瘤医院开展MDT诊疗的实践举措及取得成效,分析存在的优势、不足与提出发展策略,提升医疗服务质量及疑难危重病的诊疗能力,使更多的肿瘤患者获益。
Multidisciplinary teams (MDT) for cancer treatment is important manifestation of patient-centered concept. TakingZhejiang Cancer Hospital as an example, this paper described and analyzed the MDT practice and achievements in ZhejiangCancer Hospital, analyzed the strengths, shortcomings and put forward development strategies. The quality of care andtreatment ability of difficult diseases improved, benefiting more cancer patients.
